Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Instructions

1. All return and exchange requests must be made within 3 days from the shipment date of the goods.
2. Once sold, goods are not returnable or exchangeable, except for defects or mismatches with the product itself.
3. Customers need to present relevant documents and photos; otherwise, no refund or exchange will be provided.

Return shipping costs

1. If there are defects/damage/mismatches , JIUGA GAMES will cover the cost for the exchange shipping.
2. Each order is limited to a one-time return and exchange arrangement.

The following situations do not qualify for return and exchange

1. Items returned after 3 days from the shipment date or items not included in the current return order application.
2. Human-induced damage.
3. Damage occurring during transportation.

In case of any dispute, JIUGA GAMES will have the final decision.
