Transportation Service Methods

This website uses SF Express services. Customers can choose from office/home delivery, pick-up from SF Smart Locker, SF Service Center, SF Station, Circle K Convenience Store, or 7-11 Convenience Store. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight (specific items will be calculated on volumetric weight) and will automatically be displayed on the order. By confirming the order, customers agree to the shipping cost arrangement.

Please note that self-pickup locations may have restrictions on size and weight, leading to inability to ship. Customer service will contact you if this occurs. To avoid shipping delays, customers can visit the SF Express website in advance for relevant information.

We will ship the products within 3-7 working days upon receipt of complete information.
